One Day, 100 Holes! 

The Hope 100 Golf Marathon is a unique charity fundraising event. Proceeds help support Hope Hospice’s patient-care services and help keep grief support, dementia-care education, and family caregiver resources available at no cost. How it Works

We start at sunrise, and the event has a quick pace of play. No practice swings — just drop your ball and play. Most people complete 18 holes every two hours to finish by the 5 p.m. cutoff. Each player drives his or her own cart, and we play in twosomes. You may register as an individual and attempt the 100 holes on your own; or, split the challenge among friends and each takes on the number of holes they're comfortable with.

Although score is not of primary importance, we do keep score and award prizes for certain achievements. Among these is a Hole-in-One challenge that awards $75,000 from our sponsor FH Dailey Chevrolet to be used toward the purchase of a new vehicle from the dealership in San Leandro!

Participation Cost

Your registration is a display of your heartfelt generosity to raise a minimum of $2,500 in support toward Hope’s mission of care and service to our community. Your green fees, cart rental, three meals, and course beverages are all covered by your registration fee. There are no additional costs.

In the past, some players have chosen to pay for their own registration. Others have sought sponsorship from friends, family, or their employer to cover the $2,500 minimum. (Support over $2,500 is warmly received.)

Hope Hospice is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization (Tax ID 94-2576059). The tax-deductible portion of your registration cost is your total donation less the value of player's benefits, which is $300 this year.
